At this company, not all writers are native English speakers. My writer did not use the template I sent them, so I had to request a revision.

Usability

I liked the overall impression this website made when I was just looking for a service that would complete my essay. They have really good and comprehensive FAQ section, they answer soooo many questions a customer might have, it saves time. I found sample essays at the website too. Well I later realized that having samples does not mean writing good papers, but still I appreciated that they provided some works they did. One thing that I could not really appreciate was the form of the order, it’s just a bit complicated, there are 3 stages that need to be passed. Apart from that, using the website did not cause me any technical inconveniences.

Support

Unfortunately, customer service was not excellent at all. In fact, at times it was absolutely unavailable. Live chat did not work and I had to wait for long hours to receive a response to my emails.

Price

My Master level essay cost me $31.20 per page and $124.80 in total. The urgency was 7 days. And I paid additional 30% for a writer who is a native English speaker. A paper of a regular writer would cost me a lot less, but proficiency in English was important.  Had I known that there are websites where all writers are native English speakers, I would have ordered my essay there

Speed

7 days were enough to write my essay. I actually think that they would do it even in shorter period of time, but it’s cheaper this way. So why would I overpay? For this reason, I try to order in advance whenever I can.

Quality

It did not work out from the first attempt – for some unknown reason, the writer did not use the template I sent them, and I had to request a revision because my specific requirement was to write the paper using the template. As I said, it’s good I had enough time. Also, my professor still found a couple of grammar mistakes in the paper and I got a lower grade. But I somehow tend to think that he was too difficult as he usually is, he never misses anything. And if there is something that is not perfect, he deducts points, so this is what happened.

Conclusion

At this company, not all writers are native English speakers. Besides, for a writer whose English is perfect, you have to pay additionally. You also have to be prepared that writers might ignore some important requirements.
